Why we're building an all-in-one app for independent bakers, and what's inside the early access.

Running a bakery is one of the loveliest jobs on earth — and one of the most administratively punishing. The average independent bakery we've spoken to juggles a storefront builder, a spreadsheet for recipes, a second spreadsheet for ingredients, a WhatsApp thread for orders, a third spreadsheet for pricing, a Notion page for the production plan, and a payment link they paste into DMs.
We thought we could do better.
What's in the early access
Bakerly is one app with six tightly-linked tools:
- Storefront — a branded shop on your subdomain or a custom domain.
- Operations — products, recipes, and inventory that know about each other.
- Orders & customers — one timeline, every channel.
- Calculators — quote a custom cake in under a minute.
- Notifications — branded order emails and a newsletter tool.
- Cake shed — self-serve reservations for walk-in traffic.
